InfoGro sports a dedicated technical IT support division coordinated through our Helpdesk service. Providing expert technical support on networks, servers, workstations, laptops, printers, copiers and cash registers. We currently support sites across 6 provinces (Northern Cape, North West, Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga & Northern Freestate) which is testament to our dynamic abilities. Every single service request is assigned a call / reference nr and is followed up to ensure quality of service standards.
Service Bundles
In addition to straight call based support services InfoGro also provides a Service Bundle system which provides a very convenient way to manage your IT support budget. Clients have the option of signing up for a set amount of monthly support hours for either a 6 or 12 month term. These service bundles enjoy discounted call rates ranging from 20 to 30% discount.
